Technical Paper Presentation

IMPORTANT DATES:

14-16th Feb: Registration (in front of canteen) 20th Feb : submission of final paper 23rd Feb : Final presentation

• Students must be regular student of the college.
• Maximum 2 papers per author are accepted.
• Full length paper of approx 1500 words should be sent by email to csi@abes.ac.in with the subject ABESEC PAPER PRESENTATION CONTEST and in hard copy to any member of technical committee.
• Paper to be typed in IEEE format.
• First page to include Title, Name(s) of the authors, contact no. as well as email addresses.
• Based on the paper matter, an expert committee will select the papers for inclusion in the final presentation.
• For presentation a time slot of 7 minutes + 3minutes(for Q&A) will be given to each team. Team should prepare a ppt for such presentation.
• Presentation should highlight the objectives, methodology and its usefulness and references.
• Certificate will be given to all the participants from CSI Student Branch ABES EC.
